बड़ा बदलाव: KV में अब शिक्षक भर्ती तीन चरणों में होगी

देश-विदेश में संचालित 1253 केंद्रीय विद्यालयों में शिक्षक भर्ती अब तीन चरणों में होगी। अब तक लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के आधार पर चयन होता था जबकि नई भर्ती प्रारंभिक परीक्षा, मुख्य परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार से करने की तैयारी है।

केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्रालय से त्रिस्तरीय चयन प्रक्रिया की मंजूरी मिलने के बाद केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन के मुख्यालय स्तर पर नई व्यवस्था लागू की जाएगी। केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन के संयुक्त आयुक्त डॉ. पी. देवकुमार ने 20 मार्च को आयुक्त निधि पांडेय को पत्र लिखा है। पहले शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में इतने बड़े पैमाने पर भर्ती का अनुभव वाली उपयुक्त एजेंसी चुनी जाएगी। पारदर्शी भर्ती के लिए आयुक्त के मार्गदर्शन में एक टास्क फोर्स भी बनेगा।

इससे पहले दिसंबर 2022 में केंद्रीय विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों, उप प्रधानाचार्यों व प्रधानाचार्यों की भर्ती के लिए परीक्षा का पैटर्न बदला गया था। तब भर्ती के लिए पहली बार कम्प्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा लागू की गई थी। प्राचार्य और उप प्राचार्य की भर्ती के लिए प्रश्नपत्र भी एक से बढ़ाकर दो किए गए थे।

The recruitment process for teachers in 1,253 Kendriya Vidyalayas operating across India and abroad will now be conducted in three stages. Until now, selection was based on a written exam and an interview, but under the new system, recruitment will take place through a preliminary exam, a main exam, and an interview.

After receiving approval from the Union Ministry of Education for this three-tier selection process, the new system will be implemented at the headquarters level of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). Dr. P. Devakumar, Joint Commissioner of KVS, wrote a letter to Commissioner Nidhi Pandey on March 20 regarding this change. First, a suitable agency with prior experience in large-scale recruitment for educational institutions will be selected. To ensure transparency, a task force will also be formed under the guidance of the Commissioner.

Earlier, in December 2022, the exam pattern for the recruitment of teachers, vice principals, and principals in Kendriya Vidyalayas was changed. At that time, a computer-based test (CBT) was introduced for the first time, and the number of question papers for principal and vice principal recruitment was increased from one to two.
